When it comes to dieting and cutting down the amount you eat, there really is no need to do this, if you are looking to get a flatter stomach. The secret to success lies in being smart about what you snack on.
The saying, ‘abs are made in the kitchen’ truly exists, and in order to enhance your efforts in the gym, you can supplement your diet by adding these small snacks throughout the day.

- 200g frozen mango
- 100ml of orange juice

Blend together and serve, or prepare in advance for the day and store it in the fridge.
Carrot Sticks and Guac
Either make your own guacamole from smashing up a avocado or purchase pre made guac. Enjoy with some carrot or celery sticks.
For this, you’ll need 2 tbsp of espresso or coffee grounds – brew this with a 1/3 of a cup of water. Meanwhile, take 250ml of almond milk, placing it in a bottle, closing the lid and shaking until it doubles in volume. Place the milk in the microwave and heat till warm – now mix together the espresso and almond milk for a lovely coffee boost.
Red Pepper Dip and Veggie Sticks
Using a food processor, blend together roasted peppers, feta cheese, garlic and some olive oil until a smith consistency. Serve as a dip with carrot sticks or cooked broccoli heads.
