A match made nearly in heaven – two perfect pairs of foods in Bananas and peanut butter. We’ve joined these two ingredients with non-fat yogurt and milk for an ultra creamy and delicious smoothie.
- 2 whole bananas, frozen, peeled and sliced
- 1 (6-oz.) carton non-fat Vanilla yogurt
- 1/3 cup creamy Peanut butter
- 1/2 cup non-fat Milk
To make this delicious peanut butter banana smoothie, place all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth. Serve immediately. In order to make it a little thicker, you could add a few ice cubes.
This smoothie may also be made using bananas that are not frozen. The result will not be quite as thick or cold, but equally as delicious.
